Rich Croquettes

Ingredients

• one teacupful of well cooked, salted, cold rice
• two eggs
• one teacupful of cream
• a little white pepper
• add a little salt if needed
• biscuit crumbs
• boiling lard

Method

   Mix cooked rice with eggs, cream, and white pepper.

   Add salt if needed.

   Roll in egg and biscuit crumbs, and fry in boiling lard.
