Refrigerator Dessert

Ingredients

• 2 large bananas
• 2/3 c. butter or margarine (melted)
• 2 cups chopped nuts
• 8 oz. vanilla wafers
• 2 cups sugar

Method

   Mash bananas, drain pineapple, add nuts, sugar, and melted butter.

   Roll vanilla wafers into fine crumbs; alternate layers of fruit mixture and crumbs in a 12-inch square pan.

   Top layer should be crumbs.

   Chill.
