Rasberry-Wine

Ingredients

• four Gallons of Deal wine
• four Gallons of Rasberries
• as much fine Sugar as will make it pleasant

Method

1. 1

   Put the wine into an earthen jug, add the raspberries, and let them stand infusing for seven days.

2. 2

   Then press it out gently, infuse more raspberries for another seven days, and repeat if desired.

   Put it into a runlet, close it, and let it stand until fine.
