Rabbits to Roast

Ingredients

• them
• baste them with butter
• dredge them with flour
• a bunch of parsley
• Take the liver
• melt some butter

Method

1. 1

   Baste rabbits with butter and dredge with flour.

   Roast for half an hour at a brisk fire, or twenty minutes if small.

   Boil and chop liver with parsley, mix with melted butter, and pour into the dish.

   Garnish with remaining liver and parsley.
