Rabbit Pie

Ingredients

• 1 rabbit.
• 3 oz. cooked ham.
• 2 hard-boiled eggs.
• 1 teaspoonful of salt.
• £ teaspoonful of pepper.
• £ teaspoonful of mixed herbs.
• 1 teacupful of stock.

Method

   Boil eggs for 20 minutes, cool, and slice.

   Soak rabbit in tepid water, cut into joints.

   Dry and remove skin.

   Layer rabbit, seasoning, ham, and egg in a pie dish, pour in stock, cover with pie crust.
