Rabbit, Hawaiian Style

Ingredients

• 1 rabbit
• 4 large onions
• 3 large potatoes
• 14 cupful sour cream
• % cupful tomatoes
• salt
• pepper
• butter

Method

   Cut meat from the back and hind quarters.

   Flatten every piece and cut into 1 inch sections.

   Layer potatoes, meat, and onions in a baking dish, seasoning with salt and pepper.

   Add layers of tomato and dot with butter.

   Repeat until all material is used.

   Pour sour cream over the top, cover, and cook in the oven in boiling water for at least 2 hours.
