Potato Soup (Granulated)

Ingredients

• 1 cup granulated potatoes
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 slices onion chopped fine
• 2 teaspoons salt

Method

   Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender and easily mashed.

   Add the milk and thicken with butter and flour rubbed into paste.

   Cook well.
