Potato Caramel Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup mashed potatoes
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup chocolate
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup nuts
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tbs. baking powder

Method

   Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.

   Add beaten yolks, mashed potatoes, nuts.

   Sift flour and baking powder and add alternately with the milk.

   Last fold in stiffly beaten whites and bake in layers in a moderate oven.
