Plain Cookies

Ingredients

• One-half cup of butter
• one cup of sugar
• one-half cup of sour milk
• a little cinnamon
• two cups of flour
• half a level teaspoonful of ARM AND HAMMER Soda
• the same of salt

Method

   Beat butter and sugar thoroughly.

   Add sour milk, cinnamon, and sifted flour with soda and salt.

   Mix, roll thin, cut into shapes, and bake on a floured baking sheet in a good oven.
