Pistachio Salad

Ingredients

• }/2 box gelatin
• Juice of 2 oranges
• and 1 lemon
• % c. sugar
• 2 c. boiling water
• 3^ lb. walnuts
• 4 c. celery
• 3^ c. cold water

Method

   Soak the gelatin in cold water; add boiling water and fruit juice, and color green with very little coloring; add the sugar and, when entirely dissolved, strain.

   Pour into molds, and when it begins to thicken, add the nuts and celery.

   Serve as a garnish with meats or as a salad with cooked dressing.
