   Make a 14 oz. round of bread dough, lay in the centre a mixture of any meat or fish preparation, gather the edges together and shape into a ball.

   Turn over onto a baking-sheet, allow the dough to rise, then bake in a hot oven, like a roll or bun, or use pastry instead of bread dough.
