Petits Cannelons aa Florador

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. nouille paste
• 4 oz. florador
• 1 oz. butter
• 1 pint milk
• 2 oz. grated cheese
• 1 egg
• 2 slices cooked ham or tongue
• bread-crumbs
• salt
• pepper
• frying-fat

Method

1. 1

   Boil milk and butter, sprinkle in florador, stir, and cook for ten minutes.

   Add cheese and season.

   Roll out nouille paste, cut into pieces, fill with mixture and ham, roll, brush with egg, crumb, and fry in hot fat.

   Drain and serve garnished with parsley.
