Perfect Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 quart boiling milk
• 1/2 pint sifted Dousman's Best Patent flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 tablespoon lard
• a little salt

Method

1. 1

   When lukewarm add 1/2 cake yeast; mix, adding flour enough for rolls; let rise.

   When light, make into rolls, place in pans, let them rise.

   Bake ten or fifteen minutes in a Jewel Range.
