Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• one-half cup brown sugar
• one-half cup butter
• one-half cup peanut butter
• one-half cup white sugar
• one well beaten egg
• one and one-half cups of flour
• one teaspoon of soda
• one teaspoon vanilla

Method

   Cream brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, and white sugar.

   Add beaten egg.

   Work in flour with soda.

   Roll dough into small balls, flatten with fork, and bake at 350° for 7 or 8 minutes.
