Oysters, Fried

Ingredients

• Drain the oysters
• the yolks of two or three eggs
• enough smoking hot grease in the pan

Method

   Drain and dry oysters.

   Prepare desiccated egg or beat yolks.

3. 3

   Dip oysters in egg, then in rolled cracker or dry crumbs.

   Fry in hot grease until both sides are brown.

   Serve piping hot.
