Orange Surprise

Ingredients

• the requisite number of orange skins
• stoned cherries
• black caps (black raspberries)
• sugared shredded pineapple
• pomegranate juice or orange juice

Method

   Remove the pulp from the orange skins.

   Toss cherries, black raspberries, and sugared shredded pineapple lightly together and moisten with pomegranate juice or orange juice.

   Fill the orange rinds and garnish as desired.
