Orange Flower Sugar

Ingredients

• one cupful of orange petals
• one cupful of granulated sugar

Method

   Put orange petals in a mortar with granulated sugar.

   Pound to a powder, rub through a sieve, dry in a warm oven, and bottle for use.

   Alternatively, dry the orange flowers before pounding and bottle the sugar at once.
