OMELETTE. Two pounds veal, and one-quarter pound salt pork, chopped fine ; one teaspoon salt, one teaspoon pepper, two crackers, rolled fine; two eggs, eight tablespoons cream. -Mix crackers and meat; add the eggs and other ingredients.
