Place it skin down in the ham boiler, which must be full of cold water:" Do not boil too fast, and as the water boils down replenish with hot water. When the ham is done it will turn of its ozvn accord skin up in the boiler. While the ham is hot remove the skin carefully, then place the ham in a large Wei don 93 pan.
