Nun's Toast

Ingredients

• butter the size of an egg
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon of Purity Flour
• a cup of milk
• 4 sliced hard-boiled eggs

Method

   Melt butter, cook onion without browning, stir in flour, add milk and stir until smooth.

   Add hard-boiled eggs and heat.

   Pour over buttered toast.
