Norwegian Beef Balls

Ingredients

• One lb. of beef chopped fine
• 1 good sized onion chopped fine
• 3 cup of butter before it is melted
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of pepper
• 1 teaspoon of sage
• 1 teaspoon of ginger
• 1 cup of sweet milk

Method

   Mix all together thoroughly, make into round balls and fry a light brown in butter or beef drippings.

   Very nice when cold sliced thin for lunch.
