Nests of Spinach

Ingredients

• 1 peck spinach
• 1 tablespoonful lemon juice
• 6 tablespoonfuls strained tomato
• 2 tablespoonfuls Nut Oil
• 1/2 can Nuttolene
• 1/2 teaspoonful salt

Method

   Clean and cook spinach.

   Drain and dress with lemon juice and tomato mixture.

   Shape spinach into nests on plates and place small Nuttolene eggs in each nest.
