Nellie's Corn Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 2 ears of sweet corn
• a qt. of milk
• 4 beaten eggs
• two cups of sugar
• a tablespoonful of salt
• small piece of butter

Method

   Grate the sweet corn, stir into the milk, add beaten eggs, sugar, and salt.

   Pour into a dish, place a small piece of butter on top, and bake for 30 minutes in a quick oven.

   Serve hot with butter.
