Neapolitan Cream. Is made of cream of very rich milk and eggs. Usually only the yolks of eggs are used. Sometimes made of two kinds of ice- cream, and an ice frozen in a mould. 1 quart cream or rich milk, 8 eggs (yolks), 1^ c. sugar or more if liked sweet, 1 tbsp. flavoring
