MUSHROOM SAUCE (2). TO MAKE A PINT. Ingredients, I pt. of Button Mushrooms. 1 pt. of Cream. 1 £ oz. of Butter. 1. Take a pint of button mushrooms and prepare them as directed in the previous recipe. 2. Put them Buckmasters Cookery . 2 1 8 into a clean quart stewpan, with one ounce and a half of butter and one ounce of flour. 3. Mix by stirring well with a wooden spoon. 4. Add the mushrooms. 5.
