Mocha Cake

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• f cup milk
• j teaspoon salt
• 1 cup Purity Flour
• 2 squares chocolate
• f cup sugar
• 1 ogg
• i teaspoon vanilla
• i teaspoon baking powder

Method

   Cream butter and sugar, add yolk of egg, beat well.

   Then add milk, salt, vanilla, and flour alternately.

   Add melted chocolate, mix well, and fold in beaten egg white.

   May be cooked in one layer or two.
