MINCED TURKEY WITH POACHED EGGS— Mrs. Dornin Take all small pieces of cold turkey, the quantity you wish, add to it some celery chopped very fine, season with pepper and salt. Put a little butter in hot frying pan, put above mixture in and moisten with turkey gravy or soup stock. Drop as many eggs as needed
