Milk, Gelatine and Arrowroot Food Three sheets of gelatine put into two cupfuls of water. While it is dissolving, mix two teaspoonfuls of arrowroot with a little cold water; pour two teacupfuls of milk (rich as possi- ble) on the arrowroot and stir the milk and arrowroot into the boiling gelatined water. Stir the mixture frequently until it just comes to a good boil. Remove immediately and add two lumps of cut sugar
