IEAT SHAPE. J lb. cold meat, minced. 2 ozs. suet, minced. 3 ozs. breadcrumbs. A well beaten egg. Salt and J teaspoonful curry powder. A pinch of herbs. A pinch of nutmeg. A little stock. pepper.
