Ingredients

• Chop the meat fine
• butter the baking dish well
• a layer of cracker crumbs
• stewed tomatoes also seasoned

Method

   Chop the meat fine and season; butter the baking dish well; have a layer of cracker crumbs, butter, salt and pepper, then the meat, then stewed tomatoes also seasoned and so on until the dish is full.

   If not wet enough add water.

   Chopped boiled eggs can be used with this meat to help out.
