Ingredients

• enough of cold roast beef to make two cupfuls
• one small onion
• as many potatoes as desired
• a cupful of tomato liquid free from seeds

Method

   Chop the cold roast beef and onion finely.

   Boil, mash, and cream the desired potatoes.

   Stir the meat, onion, and tomato juice together, put in a deep dish, spread the potatoes over the top, and bake in a hot oven.
