Meat Patties

Ingredients

• Half lb. cold meat
• 2 oz. cold ham
• 1 dessertspoonful chopped parsley
• 2 tablespoonfuls good gravy
• salt and pepper to taste
• some puff or short crust

Method

   Mince meat and ham, mix with parsley, salt, and pepper.

   Roll out pastry, cut rounds for patties, fill with meat mixture, wet edges, cover, press together, brush with egg, and bake for half an hour.
