MEAT LOAF 1% Ib. meat (Lean ground round beef, Ye cup rice (cooked) veal, pork ground by your butcher) 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 egg yolk 2 tbsp. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter ] tsp. salt 1 tsp. lemon juice Y, onion juice ‘% tsp. pepper or saute 1 small onion, 2 green pepper Preheat oven to 350°.
