Mayonnaise Dressing

Ingredients

• Yolk of one egg.
• Yz teaspoonful of mustard
• i cup of oil
• 2 teaspoonfuls of lemon juice or vinegar.
• Yz teaspoonful of salt.
• A dash of red pepper.

Method

   Put the dish for making in the refrigerator, the egg and oil next the ice.

   Beat the yolk of the egg with a fork, add the oil drop by drop, beating all the time.

   If it gets too thick, add a little lemon juice or vinegar.

   Do not add salt until finished.
