Maple Caramels. — Make a rich maple syrup by boiling maple sugar with a little water. To three cups of this syrup add two cups of light-brown sugar, three table-spoonfuls of glucose, and one-half cup of boiling water. Stir all together, then boil until it reaches the caramel stage. Now add a cup of rich, sweet cream, and half a cup of butter
