Mackerel and Rice

Ingredients

• 1 mackerel
• 1 tablespoonful of oil
• 1 teaspoonful of chopped onion
• 1 teaspoonful of chopped herbs
• 1 teaspoonful of paprika pepper
• 1 or 2 tomatoes
• juice of half a lemon
• 4 pint of rice
• ? pint of fish stock

Method

1. 1

   Clean the mackerel and cut it into pieces.

   Fry them in the oil, then add the onion, herbs, chopped tomatoes, paprika, lemon juice, and saffron if liked.

   Add the rice and cover with fish stock.

   Season well, bring to a boil, and cook for 20 minutes.
