Light Grape Wine

Ingredients

• three quarts of juice
• one quart of cold water
• two pounds of white sugar

Method

   Pick ripe grapes, mash, and strain through a strong bag.

   Measure the juice and add 1 quart of cold water to 3 quarts of juice.

   Sweeten with 2 pounds of sugar per gallon of juice.

   Keep filled for 4-5 days, then cover with a cloth for 5 days before corking.

   Store in a cool place for 3-4 months before bottling.
