Kafir Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 C. Kafir flour
• 2 t. baking powder
• 1 t. salt
• 1 T. sugar
• 2 eggs — slightly beaten
• 1 C. milk
• 2 T. melted butter

Method

   Mix and sift the dry ingredients.

   Combine with the liquid mixture of beaten eggs and milk, then add melted butter.

   Beat thoroughly and bake in muffin pans.
