Two-thirds cup sugar, one cup butter, third cup milk, three eggs, one and a quarter cups flour (or more), one teaspoon cloves (scant), one teaspoon soda, one teaspoon cinnamon, one teaspoon vanilla, one pound chopped raisins, one cup chopped walnuts.
