Imperial Salad

Ingredients

• fresh pineapple
• oranges
• celery
• apples
• mayonnaise
• heavy cream
• finely chopped peppers
• sweet pimento
• finely chopped pecan nuts

Method

1. 1

   Cut pineapple, oranges, celery, and apples in cubes or dice, mix with mayonnaise into which a few tablespoons of heavy cream were previously mixed.

   Serve on a shallow salad dish.

   Garnish with finely chopped peppers and sweet pimento, alternating the color all around the border.

   Sprinkle a few finely chopped pecan nuts in the center.
