Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 egg yolks
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 3 T. butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup cream
• 1 t. vanilla
• Pinch salt

Method

   Cook until it begins to coat the spoon.

   Beat egg whites and stir in while hot.

   Cool, then add whipped cream and vanilla.

   Freeze.

Beat egg whites until stiff. 1 cup cream Beat in the 2 T. sugar.
