Honey Biscuits

Ingredients

• gib. each of cornflour
• gib. each of Honey
• 2 table-spoonfuls of candied orange flowers
• J table-spoonful of pounded coriander-seeds

Method

1. 1

   Mix the ingredients well until they form a stiff paste, divide into equal portions, roll into balls, roll out to thin oval shapes, and dock.

   Butter a baking-tin, dredge flour over it, lay the biscuits on the tin, and bake in a moderate oven.

   When cooked, cool and store in tin canisters if needed.
