Hominy en Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 cupfuls cooked hominy
• 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls salt
• 1 1/2 cupfuls milk
• 1 teaspoonful pepper
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoonfuls butter

Method

   Drain the hominy and add to the milk.

   Beat the eggs until light, add them to the milk mixture, stir in the seasonings and bake in a greased baking dish until brown on top.
