Homemade Apple Pudding

Ingredients

• four sliced apples
• a little butter
• a pinch of powdered cinnamon
• half of a five cent loaf of milk bread
• half a pound of sugar
• four eggs
• one quart of milk

Method

1. 1

   Fry sliced apples in butter and a pinch of powdered cinnamon.

   Cut milk bread into small squares, mix with the apple and put in a pudding mould.

   Mix sugar with eggs and milk, strain, and pour into the mould.

   Allow to soak for a half hour, and bake in a moderate oven.
