Hashed Pork. — Cut the cold meat into thin slices and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry one onion in a little fat or butter to a nice brown colour, add the slices of pork and fry a little. Place it all in a stew-pan with a tablespoonful of vinegar, a pinch of mace, and sprinkle with flour; moisten with a little gravy
