Hashed Brown Potatoes

Ingredients

• three good-sized cold boiled potatoes
• one tablespoonful of butter
• season with salt

Method

1. 1

   Finely chop the cold boiled potatoes and season with salt.

   In a frying pan, melt butter.

   Turn in the potatoes and press them down over the bottom of the pan.

   Cook slowly, turning it round from time to time until they brown evenly.

   Roll carefully like an omelet and turn out on a hot dish.
