HAMBURGER SHORT CAKE Melt 2 T. fat in a skillet. Add 3 T. minced onion and % Ib. ground beef. Turn with a fork and brown until mixture sticks to bottom of pan. Pour in % cup hot water. Add 1 t. flour combined with 4 cup cold water and stir until slightly thickened. Add % cup chili sauce and 1 T. prepared mustard.
