Ham Omelette

Ingredients

• Eight eggs
• one teaspoonful of pepper
• one teaspoonful of salt
• two ounces of butter
• three tablespoonfuls of cold boiled, chopped ham

Method

1. 1

   Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them until blended.

   Melt one ounce of butter in an omelette pan, stir in the ham, pepper, and salt, and pour half of the mixture into the pan.

   Stir until the omelette begins to set, then turn it over and remove to a hot platter.

   Repeat with the remaining mixture.
