Grilled Meat with Parsley Butter

Ingredients

• a teaspoonful of parsley
• a piece of butter the size of a walnut
• the meat to be grilled

Method

1. 1

   Chop parsley finely and mix with butter.

   Place in a hot dish.

3. 3

   Grill the meat, turning often to avoid burning.

4. 4

   Once hot and brown, place in the hot dish and cover with another hot dish.

   Serve quickly with hot plates.
