Granose with Strawberry Snow

Ingredients

• 2 eggs (whites only)
• 2 tablespoonfuls sugar
• 1/2 cup strawberries
• 1/2 cup Granose

Method

   Add a pinch of salt to the whites of two eggs, and beat until very stiff.

   Then add two tablespoons of sugar and one-half cup of strawberries that have been cut into quarters.

   Fold lightly into the mixture one-half cup of well-toasted Granose Flakes, and serve at once in sherbet-cups.
